My room was spacious and featured good view to the park. Location: the hotel was next to the main tourist hub and the War Remnants Museum which took about 40-45 minutes. It also was to market.

This hotel in District 4 exceeded our expectations in terms of value for money. Located on a quiet street just outside the main area of the city, it offered a peaceful retreat while still being conveniently close to various small shops within walking distance. We were pleasantly surprised to find ourselves in a room on a high floor with a balcony, providing us with a great view of the street outside. The staff were attentive and the basic amenities were well-maintained. The breakfast, which was included in the price, offered plenty of choices and we enjoyed starting our day on the open terrace at the top floor.

All aspects of our stay at this hotel were satisfactory.

The hotel has fantastic location close to a center of city, and a coffee shop. The breakfast I had was delicious and very good with baguette, fresh vegetables, crispy baguettes. The staff was outstandingly accommodating, pretty friendly, and responded promptly to requests.

Wonderful small and absolutely fantastic place, it has attentive staff from the cleaning crew to receptionist. The location is peaceful, and the area is nice quiet next door to restaurants and bars. There's Mom's Touch Viet Nam offering takeout a 10-15 minute walk from the venue.

I loved the clean and spacious rooms with lovely decor. The breakfast had a great variety of fresh fruits, eggs and baguette. The staff were friendly and helpful, always accommodating my requests. The hotel's location was perfect, just outside the busy main area, but still close enough to the city center and tourist sites.

We were pleasantly surprised to find that Chez Lotus offers a free airport pick-up service, which made our arrival hassle-free. The staff were incredibly accommodating, going above and beyond to make us feel like part of the family. The highlight was definitely the free laundry service - it was such a relief to have our clothes cleaned and returned to our room in no time. The bed was also the most comfortable out of all the hotels we stayed at during our trip. I highly recommend this hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel located in the more relaxed District 4 area, away from the touristic places. The locals were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, modern and well equipped. We loved the comfy bed and walk-in shower. The breakfast served by the hospitable staff was the highlight of our day.

The hotel could improve its service by paying more attention to maintenance issues, as there were some broken items in the room and common spaces that needed repair.

The location of the hotel is slightly outside the bustling city center, providing an authentic local feel rather than a cold modern big Asian city. It is conveniently located near a kids park and several dining options, both Western and local, offering plenty of choices for visitors. The rooms are spacious, clean, and full of sunshine, providing a real sense of relaxation. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast served on the rooftop is delicious and varied. Guests also appreciate the convenience of having nearby facilities such as a Big C market and coffee shops.

The hotel does not have an elevator, which can be a bit challenging for guests carrying heavy luggage or those with mobility issues.

The rooms were spacious and clean, with a balcony facing the street that offered a great view. The shower was also excellent, providing a refreshing experience. Another plus was the breakfast included in the price, which I enjoyed on the hotel's open terrace at the top floor. The variety of options on the menu was impressive.
